TextReplace
Finds every occurrence of one piece of text and swaps it for another. It matches the exact characters you type, with no patterns to learn, and leaving the replacement empty deletes the text you searched for. It works well for stripping prefixes or normalizing codes from different systems.

Example
A vendor export writes account codes as US-1042, but your general ledger
expects the bare number. Set Find to US- and leave Replace empty, and
US-1042 becomes 1042, ready to match against the Account column in a
Join. The same trick turns 1,042 into 1042 by replacing the comma with
nothing.
